SeaCast provides customers with engineering support at all project stages, from R&D part design to castability review to nondestructive testing. Our staff includes experienced, degreed engineers focusing on specific project requirements.

Much of our engineering occurs in software before metal is poured. For many projects, we use Flowcast (metal flow simulation), Solidcast (metal solidification), Solid Edge (CAD) and Bobcad/Smartcam (CAM). SeaCast also provides R&D departments with functional metal components from stereolithographies (3-D models).
