The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical background in investment castings, ideally in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual that is process driven and will be proactive in identifying and solving problems. They must have the ability to walk through the manufacturing process flow to update and/or improve the process in production. Pay is $90,000 to $130,000.

SeaCast Inc., is currently looking for Production Workers to develop rocket engine parts at our Arlington facility. We are hiring for second shift, 4:00 pm – 12:30am; shift differential and overtime; Monday through Friday work week. These roles include wax assembly, mold prep, grinding and deburr for final finishing, TIG welding, facility maintenance, and non-destructive testing (NDT) in x-ray and liquid penetrant. Pay is $20.00 per hour.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance of mechanical equipment, automated PLC’s, robotics and other equipment used to support production operations. Additional responsibilities may require working with projects to support production needs and organizational initiatives. Pay is $22 to $32 per hour.

This individual will report directly to the Plant Manager. You must have a good understanding of the investment casting process. You will pour metal castings and operate the vacuum furnaces to create high quality investment castings. Pay is $22 to $26 per hour.

To plan, coordinate and manage the purchasing of raw materials, equipment, supplies
and services for the business operation. Maximize buying power, decrease cost,
maximize inventory turns, increase and maintain quality, and assure continuity of
supply. Manage daily transactions while working on projects and process improvements
with both internal and external team members. Pay is $140,000 to $160,000.
